V:EKN Storyline Tournaments Occasionally,  the V:EKN designates a group of tournaments worldwide to be used to shape the World of Darkness storyline. These events have special rules in addition to the normal tournament rules (notably the requirement that each deck be focused on a particular clan). These tournaments also feature special promotional cards created just for them. Read More 2003 Summer,  aka Lambach's Legion Storyline, featuring Lambach's efforts to raise a legion of loyal followers, for purposes known only to him. This storyline introduces two promo cards, Lambach and Legion. Read More 2002 Fall,  aka The Eye of Hazimel Storyline, featured the struggle for the control of the Eye of Hazimel following the events of the Clan Novel series. In addition to the clan-based crypt rule, special rules were included to introduce the promo card, The Eye of Hazimel into play. At the end of the month, the Tzimisce had won more of the storyline tournaments than any other clan. So, as a result of the Storyline tournaments, a Tzimisce now possesses the Eye. Read More 2002 Winter, aka The Baltimore Storyline, featured the struggle for the control of Baltimore following the events of the Clan Novel series. In addition to the clan-based crypt rule, each player was allowed to include a copy of the promo card, The Meddling of Semsith. At the end of the month, the Lasombra had won more of the storyline tournaments than any other clan. So, as a result of the Storyline tournaments, the Lasombra secured tighter control of Baltimore.
