Lucita

The first promo card for V:TES Sabbat War from White Wolf, Lucita, appears in Inquest #65.

Her release date (August 2, 2000), made her legal for tournament play on September 1, 2000.

Lucita Promo Card

Lucita, unlike the other members of Clan Lasombra, is designated Independent instead of Sabbat - she operates as an independent agent, serving neither the Camarilla nor the Sabbat (although it seems she prefers the Camarilla).
