Retailers participating in the Exalted: Graduate Your Game promotion have the opportunity to introduce their consumers to a new and exciting world. Every participant in Exalted: Graduate Your Game will get a free copy of Exalted Second Edition, compliments of White Wolf Publishing. Throughout the month of April, White Wolf will be encouraging consumers to come to your store to graduate from standard fantasy gaming to Exalted.

How the program works:

• You sign up, with no obligation, to receive an introductory support and promotion kit by mail. Each kit includes tools to help you promote the deal with consumers in the retail environment.
  
  

  

• In March, White Wolf will be focusing promotion at the consumer level, through posts on forums, RPG.net, banner ads, etc., encouraging consumers to bring a pre-order form (a PDF from the website) into their local game store.
• You collect the pre-order forms and come back to this website by April 28th to order the quantity of Exalted books needed to cover the consumers expected to take advantage of the promotion through your store.
  
  Please note, this promotion is limited to 2500 copies of the Exalted Second Edition Corebook. We encourage you to place your book order with us sooner rather than later, to avoid the chance that our stock will already be gone!
  
  

  

• Note: You will need a credit card to place this order. Retailers will be charged a nominal $2 per book to offset shipping costs.
• In the first week of May, all Exalted orders will be shipped to retailers via USPS Media Mail service, well in advance of the actual consumer promotional Graduation Week.
• Retailers must take all D&D 3.5 Player’s Handbooks that are exchanged, tear out the pages, and return the full cover with the consumer forms using the return label provided in the book kit. Note: Returned book covers must be post-marked by June 30th.
• We will check the returns against the participating retailer list, making sure the number of returned book covers matches the quantity of Exalted books requested. For copy of Exalted you receive that does not have a corresponding D&D 3.5 cover, you will be charged an additional $20.
