I can't login using my username and password!
Make sure you are logging in with your email address. Your username is just for display, your email address and password you need to log in.
I can't login with my email and password...
..and I get an Invalid login or password error
Either you have entered your password or email address wrong, or your email address is not registered.
..and I get a message saying that my account isn't activated
Please contact Website Support using the Contact Us link below.
I forgot my password
There is a link on the login page to have your password reset. Please only use it once, it may take some time to reach you, but if you run the script more than once, you will have to wait for the last email to come, i.e. if you use it twice, the first password reset will not work, wait for the second.
I keep getting sent back to the front page!
You might have your firewall set to turn the referrer field in your browser off. This field is important to the website to be able to verify you are coming from valid sources. You might also have cookies turned off. Our site requires cookies to be able to identify you and let only you see your account information.
I can't stay logged in!
First, empty your cookies (if you need help, you can find a quick reference guide here. If your browser is not listed, look for cookie settings under the menu choice 'Options', 'Preferences', or 'Tools'). The only cookie you should see for our website is white-wolf.com. Older versions of the site used different cookies that are no longer valid and may cause you to be unable to log in.
Next, try different parts of the site. Is it just the store? Just the forums? Idle sessions time out after one hour as well.
The forums say I'm already logged in when I try to post!
