| | Managing Your Information
All of your personal information is stored in your profile, accessible by the link at the top of the page entitled 'My Account' when you are logged in, right next to the site search. There you can choose your country, city, and region to be listed in the Player Registry and determine under what country's ranking other people can find you. You can also associate your VEKN ID there, as well as apply to be a Prince, or add your Prince ID if you already have one.
Managing Your Events
All White Wolf Events are listed on the Event Calendar. You can choose to browse through the upcoming events, or search for a specific type by counrty, type of game, Prince ID, or any number of other criteria. Clicking on an event will show you details such as address, any applicable entry fees, and a general description of the event.
If you would like to add an event to the calendar, there is a link at the top of the calander page. After adding an event, the Organized Play Coordinator or designated volunteers will review your submission and choose to approve or deny the event. Once the event is approved, you may edit it at any time up until the event actually occurs by simply clicking the 'Edit Entry' link at the bottom of the event while you are logged in.
If you do edit the event, it will need to be re-approved, but it generally doesn't take long. Once the event has completed, you will also see a link called 'Report/Rate Results'. The link will walk you through entering the results of your event. Again, results, will need to be reviewed by the Organized Play Coordinator or designated volunteers, and ratings nor rankings will show the results of the event until the results have been approved.
Once results have been entered, there will no longer be a 'Report/Rate Results' link, instead everyone will see a link entitled 'View Results'. Clicking on that link will pull up the results for the event if they have been approved, or let you know that the results have been reported, but not yet approved. | | |
